Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated by ONIS Technologies LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) and your purchase or preorder of products from us. By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Order Agreement

By placing an order or pre-order with ONIS Technologies LLC, you:

  • Enter into a binding agreement to purchase the described product.

  • Affirm that all information you provide, including name, shipping address, and contact details, is accurate and complete.

  • Accept responsibility for understanding and complying with the product use limitations, return and refund conditions, and all disclaimers and safety warnings listed on our site and product documentation.

  • Acknowledge that the product is not FDA-approved and is not intended for human use.

  • Agree to discontinue use and seek medical guidance if any concerns arise regarding interference with medical devices.

2. Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraudulent or abusive activity.

  • Situations where the product may be used in a way that violates local, state, or federal regulations.

  • Fulfillment or compliance constraints.

If your order is canceled after a charge is made, a full refund will be issued promptly.

3. Product Warranty & Liability

We provide a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. To qualify:

  • The product must be returned for inspection.

  • It must show no signs of water, impact, misuse, or aesthetic damage.

  • If a manufacturing defect is verified, a replacement will be provided at no charge.

 

In addition, we offer:

​

  • A 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee if you feel the product has not enhanced your plant growth (subject to return condition guidelines).

  • A 10-Day Defect Exchange Policy for the replacement of defective units upon receiving the product.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

​

  • ONIS Technologies LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of yield, revenue, or data due to misuse or malfunction.

  • Customers assume responsibility for the proper and safe use of the product and for ensuring its suitability in their application.

4. Preorder Terms

We currently accept pre-orders for the PULSAR Leaf system.

  • Placing a preorder does not guarantee a delivery date unless stated otherwise.

  • All preorder fulfillment is subject to production capacity and regulatory conditions.

  • You will be notified via email with shipping details once your pre-order is ready.

We reserve the right to modify or update preorder terms at any time.

5. Safety & Use Disclaimers

By completing a purchase or preorder, you confirm that you have reviewed and agreed to the safety and usage disclaimers, including but not limited to:

​

  • Medical Device Interference: The PULSAR Leaf emits a high-intensity electromagnetic field that may interfere with pacemakers, defibrillators, insulin pumps, cochlear implants, and other implanted or body-worn medical devices. Maintain a minimum 12-inch (30 cm) distance, and discontinue use immediately if interference is suspected. Consult your physician and device manufacturer before resuming use.

  • Temperature Warnings: The coil may reach up to 180°F (82°C) during operation. Do not touch the coil during or immediately after use. The device is air-cooled and must not be covered or used near flammable materials or vapors.

  • Regulatory Use: This device is not FDA-approved and is not intended for human use. It is designed exclusively for plant growth applications.

Failure to adhere to these warnings voids warranty coverage and refund eligibility.

6. Updates to These Terms

ONIS Technologies LLC reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website or products after any change constitutes acceptance of those updates.
