PULSAR Leaf emits pulsed electromagnetic fields and operates using variable frequency electrical components. By purchasing or using this device, you acknowledge and agree to the following disclaimers:

1. Medical Device Interference Warning

The PULSAR Leaf generates low-frequency, high-intensity magnetic field pulses, which may cause interference with medical devices, including but not limited to:

​

  • Pacemakers

  • Implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs)

  • Neurostimulators

  • Insulin pumps

  • Cochlear implants

  • Any other body-worn or implanted electronic medical equipment

​

Safety Precautions:

​

  • Do not use the PULSAR Leaf near individuals who wear or rely on these medical devices.

  • Maintain a minimum safe distance of at least 12 inches (30 cm) from the coil and controller unit during operation, or follow any stricter distance requirements provided by your device manufacturer or physician.

​

If you believe the operation of the PULSAR Leaf may be interfering with any medical device, immediately discontinue use and consult both your medical physician and the device manufacturer before resuming.

2. Heat & Temperature Safety

The electromagnetic coil of PULSAR Leaf may reach surface temperatures of up to 180°F (82°C) during normal operation. This is a known characteristic of electromagnetic systems and is within safe operating limits. However:

​

  • Avoid any direct contact with the coil during or immediately after use to prevent skin burns. Disconnect the power supply before any handling or relocation. 

  • The coil is insulated with flame-retardant and electrically insulating tape, but it is designed for open-air exposure only. It is essentially air-cooled. 

  • Do not cover or further insulate the coil or enclose it in any non-ventilated space.

  • Keep all flammable materials, vapors, or chemicals away from the device during operation.

  • When using multiple coils or devices in an enclosed environment, ensure adequate air circulation to prevent overheating of the ambient space. Conversely, warming of the ambient space may be a productive effect for the customer, but should be monitored actively.

3. Regulatory Disclaimer

The PULSAR Leaf is not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and is:

​

  • Not intended for human use

  • Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease

  • Intended strictly for use in non-human plant growth stimulation applications

​

Use of the device outside of its stated purpose is strictly prohibited and voids all warranties and return eligibility.
