At ONIS Technologies LLC, we are committed to delivering our products reliably and efficiently. Below are the terms and conditions of our shipping process.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the continental United States only.
We are actively working to expand our shipping capabilities in the near future.
2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and fulfilled within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders are then shipped via UPS Ground.

You will receive a confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are based on UPS Ground real-time rates calculated to your delivery address.

All shipping costs will be visible at checkout.
4. Expedited or Special Shipping Requests
If you require expedited shipping or wish to use a preferred carrier (e.g., FedEx, DHL) using your own shipping account, please contact us at support@onis.bio before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate special requests.
5. Preorder Terms
We currently accept pre-orders for the PULSAR Leaf system.

Placing a pre-order does not guarantee a delivery date unless stated otherwise.

All preorder fulfillment is subject to production capacity and regulatory conditions.

You will be notified via email with shipping details once your pre-order is ready.
We reserve the right to modify or update preorder terms at any time.
6. Fulfillment & Origin
All orders ship from our NYC-based warehouse.
All items — except the DC power adapter — are assembled in NYC, USA, with care and attention to detail.
Refund Policy
At ONIS Technologies LLC, we stand behind the quality and effectiveness of our products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee under the terms outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
We accept refund requests within 60 days of the delivery date if the customer is not satisfied with the results of the product in enhancing plant growth. To be eligible:

Items must show no signs of water damage, impact damage, or aesthetic damage that would render them unsuitable for reuse.
We reserve the right to reject refund requests if the items are returned in a condition that violates these terms.
2. Exchanges and Replacements
Exchanges or replacements are available only for defective items and must be requested within 10 days of delivery. To qualify:

The product must be returned for inspection.

We will verify the reported defect and check for any intentional or accidental damage outside our return conditions.

If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we will issue a replacement at no cost.
3. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping.

If a product is confirmed to be defective or qualifies for a refund, we will reimburse the return shipping or issue a store credit for the equivalent amount.
4. Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees.
